How do we collect your information?
We collect information because you have visited HangoverFixcom.
We collect the following types of information from you, Personally Identifiable Information (or "PII")
We collect Personally Identifiable Information ("PII") from the Site, when you choose to provide it to us. PII is information that identifies you as an individual. We collect PII from you, such as your name, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card number or other payment account number (including the three (3) or four (4) digit validation code for your credit card), when you voluntarily provide it to us or when your employer provides any such PII to us. Deleting Your PII
If you'd like us to delete any PII that you have provided to us on this Website, please send your request to us at email@example.com we will process your request within a reasonable period of time after receipt. We may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes, and there may also be residual information that will remain within our databases and other records, which will not be removed. Finally, we are not responsible for removing or suppressing information from the databases of third parties with whom we have already shared your PII, or limiting their use of your PII.

HANGOVERFIX.COM and our third party providers may collect non-PII from you; however, this information cannot be used to identify a particular person or entity. While we take steps to associate only with reputable entities, Hangoverfix, Inc. cannot be responsible for the privacy practices of these other websites. Your IP Address is automatically assigned to the computer that you are using by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). This number is identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever users visit the Site, along with the time(s) of such visit(s) and the page(s) that were visited. Collecting IP Addresses is standard practice on the Internet and is done automatically by many web sites. Accept as required by applicable law, IP Addresses and server log files are treated as NON PII and may be used for administering and enhancing our site. We may use and disclose the IP Address under the same conditions as PII.
Use of Personally Identifiable Information
We may use PII to fulfill your order(s) and purchase(s) and to process credit card payments about your order and have them prepared, delivered, shipped to you or made available for pick-up by you; we may use PII to customize and enhance our site content. Collection of Information in Mobile Applications
When using HangoverFix mobile applications and services, in addition to PII we may collect additional personal information from as your phone number, mobile device type, and carrier. We use this information to set up and manage your account as well as contact you about your services. We use your information to process and personalize your requests. We also use the information for support, to develop new features, and to improve the overall quality of our products and services. If you give us permission, we may also use your information to contact you about special offerings that may interest you.

Our products and services are designed for those 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect PII from anyone under the age of 13. If we are made aware that we have received PII from someone under 13, we will use reasonable efforts to remove that information from our records.
